  • All 10 A4-pages papers will be submitted and presented at the conference in English. All submissions will be blind peer reviewed for originality, technical content, and relevance to this conference's theme by three Scientific Committee members. The final acceptance will be based upon a peer review of the full-length paper.

Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, which will be published by Springer in the LNCS series. The papers should be prepared following the authors' guidelines provided by Springer and adhering to Code of Conduct of the Editorial (https://www.springernature.com/gp/authors/book-authors-code-of-conduct). Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the conference's communication if it is accepted.

The MCPR-IAPR Best Paper Award and MCPR-IAPR Student Paper Award winners will be invited to send extended papers to the special section devoted to MCPR in the “Pattern Recognition Letters” Journal.

The papers accepted and presented in the event will also be invited to send extended manuscripts to the special issue of “Computación y Sistemas” Journal.

Authors must consider that an extended paper means at least a difference of 40% regarding theory content, experimental results, and references. In addition, the extended versions will be peer-reviewed according to the rules of the journals.
