Frequent Asked Questions

• Is the registration form the only requisite for the registration process?
  No. You must also attached your marks sheet in the format provided by your institution.
• Regarding my marks sheet; May attached the copy or do I have to send the original?
  The copy is enough. You may keep your original.
• Attendance is limited to 50 persons; does that number still apply if I do not ask for an attendance scholarship?
  Yes. Attendance scholarships are limited to 20 students. The rest up to 50 students may attend, but they will be responsible for their own expenses. Attendance will be strictly limited to 50 students.
• May I only ask support for the food?
  Certainly! You may ask for funding only for food. In fact, if you only request strictly what you need, you will be more likely to be considered.
• Do I have to fill the registration in Spanish?
  Not at all. You may fill the registration form either in English or Spanish at your convenience. Registration to the Open Week 2014 must incorporate the registration form, as well as your marks sheet and has to be sent to events.cs at inaoep.mx.
