Registration Fees for the Symposium

  • Students from underdeveloped countries: Early bird fees may be waived if your submission is accepted and of high standard.
  • To any of the above registration modalities, a discount of 25 USD will be made to members of the Society for functional near-infrared spectroscopy (SfNIRS)
  • Thanks to our industry sponsors, we are able to offer a limited number of travel awards ($250 each) for students and post-docs presenting original research results. The program committee will select the awards among the submitted abstracts. Please, remember to specify in the submission if you are eligible for the award (first author must currently be a student or a post-doc).
  • Please note that a strict maximum of 350 registrations will be considered on a first come, first served policy.
  • The EarlyBird rate will apply until the 15th of September.

What does the registration include?

All participants may attend the talks, workshops and demos listed in the program. On the last day of the symposium you will be given a certificate of participation.

Lunch and coffee is included on symposium days and will be provided campus. Social events are included.

Please note that the following is not included.

  • Transport
  • Accomodation, but best students/postdoctoral submissions will get free stay at the institute bungalows.
  • Breakfasts and dinners.
