Locations
- Registration will be at the main gates besides security.
- Welcome will be held in the large Lecture Theatre.
- Tour will depart from the registration desk.
- All laboratory talks will be held in the large Lecture Theatre; except for the Robotics which will be held at the robotics lab.
- Workshops and demos will be held in the corresponding laboratory.
- Interviews with researchers will be held in each researcher's office. You may find a list of offices here.
- Meeting with the students will be held in the large Lecture Theatre.
- Closing will be held in the large Lecture Theatre.
- Breakfast will be provided in the cantine.
- Lunch will be provided in events room.
- Monday dinner will be provided in the garden in front of the events room in building 21 in the campus map (to be confirmed).
