Introduction to Computer Vision (in Spanish) [PDF]
Research goals:
I am interested in
understanding and building intelligent systems that
can interact with the real world, taking the best decisions under
uncertainty. Based on probabilistic graphical models and decision
theory, I am extending and applying these representations to mobile
robotics, computer vision, tutoring systems and bio-medicine.
I lecture in the following topics:
- Probabilistic reasoning in artificial
intelligence
- Computer vision and image processing
- Mobile robots, probabilistic
robotics
and service robots
- Introduction to AI, knowledge representation
