All the 8 A4-pages papers must be submitted in English, but could be presented at the conference in Spanish or English. All submissions will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee, for originality, technical content and relevance. The final acceptance will be based upon double blind peer review of the full-length paper.

All accepted papers will be published in Proceedings of the Conference in the Journal Research in Computing Science, ISSN ISSN 1870 4069 (Indexed by Latíndex).

Also, a selection of the best papers will be invited to submit an extended version to Computación y Sistemas, ISSN 1405-5546 (Indexed by CONACyT, E-journal, Latíndex, Periódica, SciELO, and Redalyc.

The papers should be submitted electronically before August 8, 2009. The papers should be prepared following the instructions from Springer LNCS series. (see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/instruct/typeinst.pdf.)

Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and to present the communication at the conference, if it is accepted.
