Carlos Alberto Reyes García, a native from Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, Mexico, obtained his Ph.D degree on Computer Science specialized on Artificial Intelligence at the Florida State University, in Tallahassee, FL USA. He graduated on April 1994. Moreover, he obtained his Masters Degree on Computer Science and a Masters on Engineer Management at the Florida Institute of Technology, in Melbourne, FL USA. He graduated on July and August 1984 respectively. Currently he is a full-time Researcher at the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics, and Electronics (Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica Optica y Electrónica - INAOE) in Tonantzintla, Puebla, México, since January 2001.
