** IMAV2024 Updates
------------------------------------------------------------
The
 “15th International Micro Air Vehicle conference and competitions” will be held at the University of Bristol in the UK from September 16th –20th  2024.

Please note the dates. Our apologies for the misleading dates in our previous email.

Given the large number of excellent paper submissions we received

we will be finishing on Friday 20th September.

** Full Paper submissions:

We have had a brilliant set of papers submitted and IMAV 2024 Acceptances have now been sent out to all authors. Please make sure that you upload your Final Full Paper by midnight UK time on the 1st of September 2024!


** Registration:
------------------------------------------------------------

Registration is now open and the link for payment can be found on the IMAV2024 website or at the following link:

Students:
* Participation for the full conference.
* Enrolled in full time education in a university or similar. This includes postgraduate taught and PhD students.
* Registration fee: £250

Regular:
* Participation for the full conference.
* Registration fee: £550


** Competition update

Thank you to all the teams that are planning on attending IMAV2024. We recently held a great online session and will be inviting you all to a follow-up in August. We cannot wait to see you all here in Bristol!

* Sunday 15th September there will be welcome drinks for early arrivals at Goldney Hall in Bristol, Lower Clifton Hill, Bristol, BS8 1BH. Sunday 5pm – 9pm.

* Monday 16th September Indoor and outdoor competition practice.

* Tuesday 17th September Outdoor competition, weather allowing. Back-up date will be Wednesday 18th September.
* Wednesday 18th September Indoor competition. Conference Dinner in the Wills Memorial Great Hall. 7pm Arrival.

* Thursday 19th September Conference papers.

* Friday 20th September Conference papers and award ceremony.
* Location: University of Bristol in the UK
