Important Dates:
Paper Submission Deadline: March 15, 2024  (Extended Deadline)
Paper Acceptance Notification: April 15, 2024
Final Paper Submission & Early Registration:  April 30, 2024

Authors are invited to electronically submit their unpublished research 
contributions, keeping in mind the relevance of conference tracks. The 
submitted papers through the Springer OCS portal shall be accepted only 
if they strictly follow the relevant format of the Springer CCIS series. 
The corresponding author will be informed about the status of their 
paper after being double-blind reviewed by at least three experts in the 
field based on originality, significance, quality, and clarity. The 
quality of the papers will decide the publication of a paper in 
post-conference proceedings in the Springer CCIS series (Soft copy 
only). Contributions will only be published in Springer CCIS 
post-conference proceeding if at least one of the paper's authors is 
registered before 20/4/2024, and one of the authors must present the 
paper on the day of the conference. Foreign authors are exempted from 
the condition of presenting the paper on the day of the conference.
